Community Facilities Direct Loan & Grant Program
This program provides affordable funding to develop essential community facilities in rural areas. An essential community facility is defined as a facility that provides an essential service to the local community for the orderly development of the community in a primarily rural area, and does not include private, commercial or business undertakings.

Submissions to place public wastewater, stormwater, and drinking water infrastructure improvement projects on the 2025 Project Priority Lists (PPL) and Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the Clean Water Revolving Fund (CWRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWRF)s are now being accepted. This includes PPL and IUP requests for publicly and privately owned drinking water lead service line replacement projects and projects to address emerging contaminants for drinking water systems.
