Attention all walkers, bikers, and rollers –

The 2023 Active Transportation (AT) and Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Infrastructure Solicitations are now open!  The Letter of Intent (LOI) period will be available now through November 9^th.  

Who needs to submit a LOI?
•Applicants with limited State Aid process experience are strongly encouraged; however, not required
•Applicants with extensive experience working with State Aid programs may not need to submit a LOI

Why submit an LOI?
•All applicants will receive feedback on their proposed project before completing the full application
•Submittals will be in the same online format as the full application

The following program websites provide the LOI application link and a step‐by‐step guide to accompany the form to help ensure complete submissions.  Additionally, the websites now feature program FAQs, as well as the PowerPoint slide decks from the informational webinars held in September.
