Invitation for Digital Opportunity Listening Sessions

Dear Community Leader,

What tools and services do people in your community need to better access online education, healthcare, and other digital resources?

With grant funding from the federal government, Minnesota’s Office of Broadband Development has developed a Digital Opportunity Plan to expand digital inclusion for all Minnesotans through access to the internet, access to devices, and digital skills training.

Be part of the planning process! Minnesotans can help shape the state's digital opportunity plan by reviewing the plan and participating in a listening session. First, review the draft Digital Opportunity Plan found at your local library or online. Then, provide feedback on the plan at any of the digital opportunity listening sessions listed (16 in-person and two virtual gatherings)

Registration is encouraged but not required to attend listening sessions. However, once you complete the registration form, you will receive more information about the location of where the session is taking place.

If you are unable to attend one of the listening sessions, you may also submit comments online during the Public Comment Period from Aug. 21st, 2023 - Sept. 29th, 2023.
