A message from the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State (OSS) regarding reimbursement requests for the 2024 Presidential Nomination Primary (PNP):
The 2024 PNP Reimbursement Request process is now live and accepting applications!
We are excited to announce the new Foundant grant management software that will be used to submit these requests and other grant opportunities with our office moving forward. This system was carefully selected to meet both the needs of county and municipal users to streamline data entry, reporting, and communication, and allowing our office the ability to review and track requests, all within one platform.
The 2024 PNP Reimbursement Request application was restructured based on feedback from reimbursements in 2020, and built to minimize the time and resources needed to complete the process .We developed the following user guide with links to the Foundant site, instructions to create an account, and resources to assist with completing your application:
We ask that all jurisdictions expecting to submit a request carefully review the training materials and set up your user account as soon as possible, even if you are not ready to begin your application. This will allow our office more time to provide technical support if needed.
Requests must be submitted no later than Saturday, May 11 at 11:59 p.m.
