The Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) is a new discretionary grants program under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law that supports local initiatives to prevent transportation-related deaths and serious injuries on our roadways.
The discretionary program will provide $5–6 billion in grants to regional, local, and tribal initiatives over the next five years. The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for SS4A grants is not yet posted, but it is expected to be released in spring 2022.
A “Getting Ready for SS4A Grants” webinar series begins Thursday, April 28. Visit the series web page for more information and to sign up for the webinar relevant to you!
