The Office of Secretary of State has published a Request for Comments for a possible rulemaking relating to the Administrative Rules governing Elections. The Office is soliciting input as to whether changes should be made to the Administrative Rules, especially input as to whether any changes should be made beyond those necessary to reflect recent statutory changes.
Please submit any suggestions you or your organization may have on or before October 20, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. While not part of the official rulemaking record, suggestions will be considered by the Office as the Office decides what to include in any proposed amendments to the Rules.
